Terms of Service

1. The service

Lensaati gives photo and video businesses tools to manage clients, packages, bookings, contracts, invoices, payments, expenses and team members. Lensaati is in early access, so features may change, be added or be removed as the product develops.

2. Your account

• Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• If you invite team members, you decide what access they get, and you are responsible for their use of your studio.
• Tell us at lensaatiapp@gmail.com straight away if you think someone has used your account without permission.

You must be at least 18 to use Lensaati.

3. Your data and your clients’ data

You own the business data you put into Lensaati, including your clients’ details. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the service for you. You are responsible for collecting your clients’ data lawfully, for having the right to add it to Lensaati, and for telling your clients how you use it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Lensaati to:

• break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights;
• send spam or misleading messages to your clients or to anyone else;
• try to access data that belongs to another studio or account;
• upload malware, or try to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service;
• store content that is unlawful, harmful or that you have no right to use.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and where possible we will tell you why.

5. Contracts, invoices and records

Lensaati helps you prepare contracts and invoices and record payments, but it does not give legal, tax or accounting advice. You are responsible for the wording of your contracts, your prices, any taxes that apply, and checking that online signatures are valid where you work. Lensaati does not process payments between you and your clients; it only records them.

6. Fees

Lensaati is free during early access, and no payment details are required. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you before any charge applies to your account, and you will be able to decide whether to continue.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Lensaati reliable, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without a promise that it will always run without interruption or errors. We may change or discontinue features. If we ever decide to shut the service down, we will give account owners reasonable notice so they can save what they need.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Lensaati is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost business or lost data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using Lensaati at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing lensaatiapp@gmail.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.

10. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will tell account owners by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Lensaati after a change means you accept the updated terms.
